Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.

My daughter has tried on many department store dresses and this exceeds them all with the same price or even lower. Well made, thick fabric, is as beautiful on as in the pictures! We couldn’t be happier and it came early!
Absolutely stunning! Had to get it slightly altered because it was a little bit too long. Ordered a size 0. Had a beautiful floral print with a slight shimmer, as well as a lace up back so there is no issues with fit there. It hangs a little low in the chest area, so it’s a little busty.

Overall, for someone who is short, petite, and a D cup, this dress is beautiful. Processing took about the same time as shipping. Ordered March 1st, was delivered March 14th. I recommend buying!
This dress is gorgeous. Came exactly as describe. I was worried there would be white around the edges of the flowers but the entire dress is yellow- and a beautiful bright sunshine shade of yellow. The dress is IMPECIBBLY MADE!! Incredible quality job and the straps are so secure and comfortable. This dress is incredibly flattering. 12/10 dress.
The dress is beautiful and the fit is flattering. The material looks very nice and the dress looks expensive! Shipping was fast and the dress was neatly packaged, so there were no wrinkles. My daughter can't wait for prom! She is 5'10, 140lbs, and we purchased a size 4.
