We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.
HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

This dress exceeded all expectations! I ordered my usual size and it fit like a glove—highlighted my waist and flared elegantly at the knees. Photos don’t do it justice! 10/10!
This dress is absolutely beautiful!!!! My daughter looked amazing and she loved her dress!!! I definitely recommend!!!! Shipping was fast and arrived on time!!!! I advise getting a petticoat to wear under it to give the full ball gown look. The material quality was as expected, fabric weight was light and flowing. No smell, the packaging was sealed tight with no winkles. The accuracy of the color is very good.
I ordered size 10 and when it was tied at the back, it fit perfectly. You will need assistance to tie it. Most persons said I looked like a princess. I loved this dress.
This gown looks very much like the photo. However, it came up a bit big on me; had to pull the lacing completely closed, which was fine. It's fairly heavy - it would have helped if it had better hanging straps to put it on a hanger - but I just sewed in a couple of new ones. Well made otherwise, and good quality materials
