We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

I got this dress around April. I got a little scared it wouldn’t come in time, but it did have to pay extra for that. It’s fine. Came just enough time for me to pair really gorgeous. Flowing long dress. I got the light blue size 18. I thought it wouldn’t fit me, but if felt like a glove perfect would say if you’re going to prom this is all no longer side kind of dress so if you were too humid or try to fold it from the bottom that would be great so you don’t have to drag it all night like I did, but if all it was gorgeous, very beautiful. No one had the same dress as me which I worried but was gorgeous. Would buy from this company again.

Simply gorgeous! Very high quality! Wonderful customer service. Runs slightly big. Definitely use the side chart. We ordered a size too big, so returning, but ordering the same dress in smaller size.
