We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

Just wanted to say this dress is a really nice quality!! We ordered a similar one from a different seller and it came in the wrong color, and was really cheaply made with bad materials. So I switched to them and I’m VERY impressed with the quality and materials used. Also it was able to get here a few days before they said:)
This dress fit me like a glove and I didn’t need to have any alterations done to it. I’m 5’4 and it was the perfect length with my heels, with a little train in the back for an added touch. I received so many compliments on this dress. Something to note, it isn’t as low cut as it’s shown on the model which was preferred so I didn’t have to worry about using an tape. Amazing dress!
