We know some people don’t like trying items on in the store—and we understand. As an online store that offers try-before-you-buy prom dresses, we make it a fun and easy process that makes shopping a more enjoyable experience.
1. What Do You Mean Try At Home?
Our Try at Home program allows you to pick up to 2 dresses at a time, and the dresses could be
sent right to your door. Whether you're trying on for style or size, our Try at Home program helps
make sure you feel confident in your purchase online.
2. What Dresses Are in Your Try At Home Program?
At this time, Prom Dresses, Homecoming Dresses, Cocktail Dresses and Evening Dresses are available for at-home try on.
3. How Much Does It Cost To Try On a Dress?
You can order up to 2 dresses. We offer free shipping & returns. If you don't like them, we will charge you $8.99 handling fee.
4. How Long Will My Dresses Take to Ship After My Order is Placed?
Most of our dresses will be available to be shipped to you within 1 week. However, some styles in high demand might have a waitlist, which can extend the delivery time. If your desired style is not available immediately, we will contact you to find alternative options to achieve a similar look.
5. How Long Can I Keep The Dresses For?
You can keep the dresses within 5 days! Your 5-day period begins the day AFTER you receive the dresses. If your 5th day happens to fall on a Sunday or national holiday, the dresses can be placed in the mail the following day.
6. How Do I Return My Unfit Dresses?
We could offer you a prepaid USPS return label. You could contact us for it. We cannot be responsible for any packages returned to us using a label or carrier other than the one we provided, meaning that if the package becomes lost, you could be charged for not returning the dress.
If you misplace your return label, please reach out to us service@kissprom.com we’d more more than happy to help!
Please also note that Try-At-Home dresses must be returned in the original condition they were received, with all tags affixed. Samples are only meant for try on purposes so if they come back damaged, we could only refund you 50% full price.
7. What Hapens If I Forgot To Send Back My Sample Within Time Frame?
Please return to the sample within the time frame. If something happens and you can't ship your order in time, send us an email or message us explaining why we may be able to help you out. Otherwise, you will be charged additional shipping and handling fees. Refusal to comply with our terms and policies will result in being prohibited from ordering with us in the future.
