Refund and Return(bak)
We want you to love the item you receive just as much as we love creating them. However, if for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned, we have a 5- day (including the weekends and holidays) return window for all stardard-size items — no questions asked. Return instructions can be found at the end of this article.
Return standards and conditions:
- We have a 5-day return window for all standard-size items on our site. This return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system.
- We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges.
- Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odours, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund. An original package is preferred.
- The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged: Items On Clearance, Accessories, Customized Items, Flash Sale Items.
- As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase.Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please request return by contact us directly for assistance with processing your return.
How To Return & Refund
- Contact Us to Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 5 days from receiving the return form.
- When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
- Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee and taxes will not be refunded.
Are There Any Fees For Returning An Item?
1. All returns are charged a handling fee per item. The handling fee is $8.99.
2. There is a 30% restocking fee for all overdue returned items.
To exchange a standard-size item, you can start your return process first. You can then place a new order online for a replacement item. If the item you are looking for isn’t available online, please feel free to visit our store location. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. After placing your order, there is some time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.• Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 1 day.
- Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
- Cancel order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
- Cancel order >72 hours after payment: 70% refund + shipping fee.
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
