Dress is perfect and arrived with plenty of time for my wedding!
i found this dress months before prom and fell in love with the pictures but i was hesitant due to the price and not knowing if it would fit or if i would like it on me. however, i knew i couldn’t pass it up. i bought the dress, paying a little extra to get it custom sized (SO WORTH IT, DO THIS.) i asked for it to be a little shorter so that it wouldn’t drag on the ground as much since i would be going to prom in it. it’s even more gorgeous in person. it was worth every penny.
i will say, buy this dress SOONER than later. i got nervous with how close my event was coming up and it told me my dress would be coming in the week of prom. it came in two weeks earlier than that but i would definitely say to allow for more wiggle room because i wouldn’t say the process was quick.
overall though, gorgeous dress- perfectly made to my measurements.
This dress was bought for my daughter for senior pics. It was exactly what it showed !! I will say, double check size chart. It runs BIG.
I loved this dress so much, and after reading the reviews, decided to go with the custom-sizing. Everything fit perfectly! I decided to take it to get a few minor alterations (to add a slit and make the cups a little smaller on top). Well, the seamstress did a bad job making the slit and I was devastated and panicking because my event was a week away. My husband called and explained the situation and customer service was so amazing. They offered to send out the same dress, and even make the alterations my seamstress had messed up, and express ship it so that I would get it in time. I was too overwhelmed to decide in the moment, and decided to think on it and they called me the next day to follow up! I ended up making due with the original dress, but we were so incredibly impressed with the support we received. I’m glad I stuck with it, because I got so many compliments on the dress! Thank you, KissProm! In all the chaos I didn’t catch the name of the person who helped us, but if they ever read this, I hope they know how much I appreciate all that they did to try to help me with a problem that they didn’t even cause!!
Ordered for Prom in the Blue. Fit like a glove, beautiful dress, good quality! Has beautiful Sweetheart detail. Much better than a lot of the dresses we ordered from other store, and better price!
