Return Policy

The return policy only applies to online orders. Returns and exchanges are not supported for orders placed in the showroom.

We hope you LOVE your dress! But if you are not satisfied with your order you can simply return or exchange your dress within 7 days of delivery. Restocking fee will be deducted for any returns or exchanges and the remaining balance will be issued as a store credit. For customized items, we are not able to make any returns or exchanges.

You may return any style within 7 days from the date your package is marked as delivered. You will receive a store credit for applicable items that never expires. We do not issue refunds for returns. You can request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) through the Return Form first and ship your product back within 5 business days after you get the prepaid return label. Returns received after that point will be rejected. 

Your return will be processed within 10 days of us receiving it - you will receive the store credit code in your email. We charge a 15% restocking fee for returned dresses if you ordered a wrong size. Please bear in mind that we do not profit from the restocking fee and it is solely to ensure our low prices. And the store credit will minus shipping fee, taxes and restocking fees for applicable items that never expire.

Store Returns:

  1. Eligibility: Return your order within 7 days of delivery to qualify.
  2. Procedure: Begin by requesting a RAN via our Return Form. Once approved, ship it back using the prepaid return label within 5 business days.
  3. Processing: On receiving your return, we'll process it within 10 business days. You will receive a store creidt minus shipping, taxes and restocking fees for applicable items.
  4. Urgency: If a new order is needed urgently, we can issue the store credit in advance once the package has been dropped off to USPS and the tracking has been scanned in. Please reach out to us for the advanced credit prior to making a new order!

Return standards and conditions:

  1. Condition: All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
  2. In-Stock & Special Order Items: In-stock and special order items may be returned for store credit less applicable fees unless otherwise noted. We do not issue refunds.
  3. Final Sale / Customized Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Accessories: Accessories are final sales, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  5. As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase.Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.
  6. RAN Requirement: A RAN must be obtained and items shipped within 7 days of receipt. Returns without a RAN or after the 7-day window will be declined. A restocking fee applies, which helps us maintain competitive prices.
  7. International Returns: If you're outside the continental US, you're responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or other fees, etc.

Please do not ship items back without approval first. Orders sent back to us without approval will be rejected. Once we receive and inspect your item to confirm the Return Authorization, you'll get a confirmation email within 10 business days detailing your return status.


To exchange a standard-size item, you can start your return process first. You can then place a new order online for a replacement item. If the item you are looking for isn’t available online, please feel free to visit our store location. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.


We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. After placing your order, there is some time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

Standard Size Items:
Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
Cancel order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
Cancel order >72 hours after payment: 70% refund + shipping fee.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized Items:
Special Orders are cut specifically for you. Orders cancelled within 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping fee and 60% of product purchase price. Orders cancelled beyond 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.
