Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Important Info

All orders ship out of Los Angeles, we design all of our styles in-house. You can see an estimated shipping time for each style by going to the specific product page and selecting your size.

All International shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges are not included in the shipping charges.

Delivery Times

In-stock items will usually ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Other items will ship by the date listed on the specific product page. We do specifically outline the estimated shipping time on each product page once a size is selected. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. The delivery timeframe can also be found on the individual product page or in your email confirmation.

What does "Express Shipping" mean?

Express: approximately 2–3 weeks for production + 3–4 business days for delivery
Selecting express shipping moves your order to the front of our production queue and speeds up delivery.

Order Delay

We at KissProm.com take the security of our customers very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented fraud filters in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve it for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay. Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until the needed information is received and the confirmation process is completed.

Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or return policy review. Any delay in shipping or needed upgrade due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for packages once they are delivered to shipping companies, freight forwarders, or third-party carriers. Any associated risks are the responsibility of the customer.

Why does it take time to ship? Many of our styles are designed and made to order from our Los Angeles team. This means your gown is crafted specifically for your order — which takes time. We list the most accurate ship window we can on each product page.

On Display/ in Store Items

At KissProm, some products are on display in our Corona, California showroom but not available for immediate purchase. These items can be ordered in-store and shipped directly to you or to our store for pickup.

1. Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (7–10 business days): Available for most on-display-to-order items.
  • Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): Available for select styles; additional fees apply.
  • Store Pickup: You may choose to have your order shipped to our Corona store. We’ll notify you by email once your dress is ready for collection.

2. Delivery Time

Approximate delivery times are displayed on each product page and confirmed at checkout. Delivery timelines begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery address, item weight, and shipping method selected. Exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and a tracking number once your item ships.

5. Returns

On-display-to-order items follow the same return policy as our standard online purchases unless otherwise noted on the product page.
