We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.

Love it!! It's excellent quality for the price you pay and does NOT look cheap. The size chart totally worked for me. I even had someone from the website email me confirming my size so great customer service. It did take a little longer to get here though. There is a corset back with a zipper on the bottom (even though the description says it's only a zipper) and this helped with my size. It is a less full in real life because I'm wearing a petticoat skirt (Amazon $20) underneath in the full photo. I also had some elastic put in the straps because they hung kind of low. The beading is scratchy but that's hard to avoid. The waist is a tiny bit see through. The slit went past my underwear but I'm taller and have a long torso. 5'7" 165lb
This is flattering and fits me well, Exceeded my expectations! The fabric is nice and the dress is lined. The dress is not thin, it has a nice weight and great quality for the price. Very comfortable and versatile dress! I’m 5’5”.
The photos shown was a zipper back and when i received the order it was a cornet tie. Which then made the dress not fit and not return able still
