We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

We were skeptical buying a prom dress online but we were pleasantly surprised! This dress is GORGEOUS!! The fabric quality exceeded our expectations and the sizing was spot on. The lace detail is stunning and adds so much elegance. My daughter looked like a princess and received so many compliments!!
Shipping did take longer than expected so give yourself amble time when ordering but overall we have no regrets choosing a dress from Kiss Prom.
We were so hesitant to purchase a dress online. When the package came in, we were even more scared because we opened it up to a material we were not expecting. NOT TO FEAR! They shipped the dress inside out! How thoughtful! Customer service was phenominal and openly communicated with us from the moment we submitted the order. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that we ordered a size 18 dress. But the bust inserts were made for much smaller chested individuals than those typically wearing a size 18. But it was nothing to get the sram ripper out and replace them.
Let me say the quality is amazing for the $249 I spent. The dress is well put together and fit like a glove !
