Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee

BUST: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to keep the tape level!
WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

Note: My daughter has tried on the genuine Sherri Hill in the same style to compare to. We found that this dress was so similar to the original, with the fit and style. The dress on its own, is very puffy and high-quality, for the price it can’t be beat. And comparing it to the original Sherri Hill design, we did find that the Kissprom version size 2 was comparable to the Sherri Hill size 0. The dress train was not as long and obnoxious as the original which we liked. We did find that the waist could’ve use a little bit more reinforcement to “snatch,” we ended up having a tailor insert an extra set of eye hooks because the corset strings didn’t go all the way down to the lower part of the waist. That was our only complaint about the dress. Also, the cup size was a little bit smaller in the KissProm vs the Sherri Hill. My daughter is a solid size 2, but is a large C cup, and we did find that she fell out a little on the top. If we had a little bit more time, we would’ve ordered a custom size for her if we had known. She did not fall out on top as bad in the Sherri Hill.
The dress that we received is BEAUTIFUL! We are currently altering the dress for length, and the straps are a bit weak. BUT…the sizing chart was right on, and the dress is STUNNING.
Everything about it is so gorgeous and is made with really good quality, the dress is perfect.
Absolutely loved this dress. Wore it for my prom, and it was a hit. Everyone loved it, tailoring days were13-15 days, which was so fast! I got it costum and OMG fit so lovely! I never trused a dress company as much as I do KissProm!
I'm always skeptical about ordering clothing from online but took the chance with this purchase and I'm happy that I did. I was immediately impressed by how soft the fabric felt and once I tried it on, not only did it fit perfectly, it was also flattering to my curves. The size 2 was true to size 2. Definitely an excellent purchase.
