We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.
HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

This dress was absolutely stunning!! Really beautifully made!!The fabric was luxurious and full. It fit very nicely!! You will totally fall in love with this dress!! The lace up back made it adjustable, which is great because I was worried about it being the right size. I got so many compliments. Very happy with this purchase. Beautiful dress! The corset tie in the back allows some size adjustment. Zipper sticks, I am hoping it makes it through prom.
We bought this dress for prom. My daughter is 5'7" and 120#. According to my daughter's measurements we ordered a size six. The dress is too big around the chest and bodice of it. We will get it altered. Other than that the dress is beautiful for the cost of it.
This garment fits well, it fits well, but it's not tight. The length is correct, at least I like it that way. Paired with shoes with small or sloping heels, they look the best.
I like it, size 0 is not too small. The fabric quality is good and very comfortable. It won't deform and is suitable for the waist. It's washed very well and doesn't require an iron. It looks good as an elegant dress.
Great quality and looks just like the pictures. Fits great and am so excited to wear!
