We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.
HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

Absolutely beautiful!
This dress fit perfectly! Almost too perfectly, if it had been a zipper back like the picture, it probably would have been too tight in the ribs. The color shown in the picture looks pale pink, but in reality, it was closer to a dusty rose color. It was still beautiful on.
This dress was perfect for my daughter. She is 5’6 ordered a size 2. Sized up because I was afraid a 0 wouldn’t fit comfortably. Altered it to fit perfect. Dress arrived a whole week before expected. It took three weeks to get here. Loved it so much. Thank you Kissprom. 💓
It’s very cute and quite long which is good for me because I’m tall
my dress is so pretty and great material, pretty heavy! it’s a stunning color and is flattering on the body. (i got a size 0 as an 100 lb, 5’2 girl if that helps) i will say it looks a tad bit different than the website as u can see by the picture i provided but overall, very nice dress! i asked for it to be altered through the kissprom customer service email (lisa) and got amazing results back, the dress is now perfect for my height! (i’m 5’2 and got the “hollow-to-floor” length altered from 58 inches to 50 inches)
