Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label. - For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

Very cute dress, love that it looks just like the pictures. Not very comfortable on the top, but fits great. The dress isn’t heavy at all, and looks just like a sherri hill. Gorgeous dress, I would always measure before ordering though. Surprisingly don’t need any alterations either!

The quality of this gown was amazing!!! Such beautiful details 🥰 My daughter is 5'1" and ~90 lb, so finding a smaller dress was proving difficult. Sizing is accurate & the corset back allowed for some adjustment. Great response from sales rep - as we placed a last minute order that shipped in days, and arrived quickly!!!
