We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

I wore this dress to a formal party and got so many compliments all night! The floral embroidery is even more beautiful in person, super detailed and high quality. The corset bodice gave me the perfect shape, and the puffy sleeves made it feel like a fairytale.I had a question about sizing before ordering and customer service responded within a day and helped me choose the perfect size. Definitely worth every penny!
It's beautiful, but it's not a tea dress. It went way past my feet (would need tailoring) and the fabric was quite heavy, so it looked and felt more like a ball gown. A shame because I loved it, but couldn't see myself wearing it outside of a gala sort event.
