WAIST TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at your natural waist and pull tape straight down to the floor.

HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

We ordered this dress and got a little worried because it wasn’t shipping and we have had bad experiences with other companies in the past so I thought we got scammed again BUT We emailed customer service and gave them the event date and they were helpful and it arrived sooner than expected! The dress is gorgeous and just like the description! Very good quality! We will add straps, and replace the bra pads … they are a little stiff and look funny when she has the dress on.
