We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

I loved the dress. I believe I got a size 10. I'm about 5-4 and 150 pounds and although the dress was farely long, I did love how everything else fit. I'm planning on getting the dress altered to be a bit shorter sense it did drag pretty badly and got a little dirty but I loved the dress!
I was initially skeptical about ordering a prom dress online, but this one completely exceeded our expectations. My daughter, who has struggled with insecurities, was nervous about choosing any dress—but the moment she tried this on, everything changed. The A-line silhouette is incredibly flattering without being too revealing, and it gave her a level of confidence I’ve never seen before.
The dress is gorgeous, playful, and unique—she truly felt like a garden princess! She received countless compliments, and the built-in corset and cups provided great support and comfort all night long. The quality is excellent, especially considering the very reasonable price. Shipping was also prompt and on time.
Our only small suggestion for improvement is securing the butterfly details on the straps a bit better. A couple did come off, though this may have been due to the shawl she wore over her shoulders.
She loves it so much that she’s already planning to wear it again to the Renaissance Festival—it’s just that versatile and whimsical.
Overall, this is a fantastic dress that’s well worth the purchase. It brought so much joy to my daughter’s big night—we couldn’t be happier.
