We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

I absolutely love this dress. It is a great color and looks just like the photos. The train is bit long and I had to get it hemmed a bit. I ordered two sizes, and the smaller size fit, so I requested to return the larger size but have not heard back yet.
I got it in yellow, the dress was amazing and phenomenal for the price! It took a while for it to come even after paying extra for the faster shipping. However I contacted them and they worked hard to get it to me on time and even refunded my shipping. Once again the dress is incredible considering the price, works for bigger chests, and flattered me more with no alterations than any of the overpriced boutique dresses I tried on.
I was skeptical of this dress purchase they do offer a 7 day money back return if it didn’t fit. My daughter tried it on and it was perfect. Zipper was a little difficult but it worked and fits good. Dress was a size 4. My daughter typically is a size 6 but she wanted a tighter fit and this laced up the back. The longer train is very pretty and detail on dress well done.
I love the quality of the dress and fit of the dress! The material is superb! Soft, comfortable, not itchy, hugs me in all the right places! Will be using it as a change off dress for my upcoming event! So looking forward to wearing it. The appliques on it were superbly done and it arrived it the suggested time frame! All in all, I’m blown away with it!
Beautiful dress!!! Fit like a glove with the measurements that I sent. The length was perfect with my shoes so no alterations. Shipping was spot on. Very Happy with my purchase!!
