We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

Absolutely loved this for my senior prom, I got a custom size so it could fit perfectly and the quality is great. Only thing to note is that I have a longer torso and the top corset was a bit low on my chest but otherwise so pretty!
Great quality! This dress is perfect for any prom and happy to say I was pleasantly surprised. Fit true to size and color was like shown! Customer service was also amazing in quickly responding to concerns of when my dress would ship to come right on time!

Writing this to help anyone else! Took a bit to ship and deliver, but probably because I ordered my dress a month before prom so i’d imagine lots of orders are going on. besides that, the dress looks like the photo and is very beautiful. I’m a 25 waist, 120 pounds, I got the size 2. it fits beautifully, however, I am a little short for it. But, It’s manageable. If I had time to go to a tailor though, I would. if you’re 5’2” - 5’3” like me keep that in mind and order in advance!! I recommend the dress though, it’s gorgeous. (I haven’t taken pictures in this dress yet, my prom is this weekend. sorry the photos aren’t great.)
