We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.

Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

Full Refund or Store Credit

If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.

Store Credit with Restocking Fee

If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.

No Returns After 30 Days

We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

BUST: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to keep the tape level!

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.

HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

I am beyond impressed with this dress!! This is a beautiful dress. I receive many compliments when I wore it for my wedding.

True to size and picture. Arrived sooner than expected!

Having my last minute wedding and was in absolute shock how amazing this dress is! These photos are before alterations and material is perfect, don't even need a bra. My family thought I spent hundreds to thousands on this dress!

Very nice wedding dress for the price! My fiancé and I are planning on spending little money on the wedding so this was a great option for a beautiful yet cheap wedding dress. I like that it laces up so it gives you a little room size wise. By the chart I should’ve ordered a 12 but I ordered a size 10 because a 12 wasn’t offered and it fit great! I’m 5’3-5’4 150 lbs. The sleeves do come off the shoulders a bit but that seems like it might be how it’s supposed to fit. I am ordering a little skirt to wear underneath that will give it a little more volume, still not sure if this is “the one” but it’s nice nonetheless!

I ordered this dress for my wedding reception and I was not disappointed. I did have some alternations done, but that would be needed with almost any dress. I have zero complaints and I would highly recommend this dress for its comfort and affordability.
