We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.

The quality of this dress is incredible! It felt and looked amazing and I got so many compliments in person and from photos. Super flattering and the sleeves were gorgeous and dainty. If you measure yourself sizing was spot on no alterations needed but this does run true to bridal sizing(1-2 sizes bigger than street sizes). Ordered size 18 and I’m a 38DD and it felt good it not slightly big in the bust but manageable.
Not lightweight as it appears. Heavy in the box and heavy out of the box! Runs one full size small possibly two. I usually wear a 4 and ordered the 6. Still too small! Definitely try on as soon as you receive. Material and craftsmanship are excellent. Highly recommend!
