We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

I ordered this dress for my daughter’s prom and I was concerned it wouldn’t come in time. I reached out to check the status on when it would ship and they were so great. They asked when the event was and they pushed production to have it done and here in time!! The dress fit perfectly and it arrived a week ahead of the dance!
