Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

Cannot believe the quality for the price. It’s gorgeous. Stones are quality, not tacky or gaudy. Satin ribbon lace up on back with hook/eye bra type closure so you can customize the fit somewhat. Buy it!!!
I absolutely loved this dress for my wedding! The only thing that I didn’t like what the fact that I have a big chest & they don’t sit up without a bra… so I wish this would have helped them sit up better! Other than that it fit great & looked great for my wedding! Great price when on a budget! I bought the royal blue color & loved it!
I decided to go a size down because I'm wearing a corset. I don't suggest it if you're not. Just follow the size chart.
I suggest wearing a petticoat as well to give the dress some volume.
It's possible to put it on by yourself, just lace it up AFTER you put it on. However, it better to have someone else help you.
Either way, the dress is cute.
I bought this for my granddaughter’s princess birthday party. I can’t believe how absolutely perfect the dress was! I got it on sale so I was even more surprised at the quality!! This was even more beautiful than my high school prom dress!!
This dress is stunning. It's well made and the bead work is amazing for the price. My daughter wore it to the princess ball and it was perfect. It has strings in the back so you can adjust it to fit you however you need.
