We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

I was a little nervous that the dress wasn’t going to be here on time or good quality due to the time it took to receive (3 weeks) but it was stunning when it arrived. The staff were great about responding to my concerns on the delivery date and the material was so soft. I could feel the amount of material that went into it and was very happy to have a study dress for my daughters prom. It even had a beautiful slit in the front for the leg that really added a nice touch. My daughter looked amazing! This dress was definitely worth the wait! It’s unique style is hard to find in other stores and she needed a Mama Mia theme. It was perfect. Will definitely return for future needs!
I have repeatedly contacted Kissprom about my orders and have received no response. I have placed 2 orders, not by choice. Order #75271 and order #74929.
I have paid for both orders, returned both dresses and still have not been contacted or refunded. I would not buy from this company again.
I ordered this dress for my daughter's prom. I was hesitant to order a dress online in case it didn't fit and cost of return, but I'm glad I took a chance because the dress is stunning. It was custom made and fits my daughter like a glove. It's beautiful, elegant, and comfortable. Customer service was very attentive with answering questions. Great experience overall!
The dress was really nice but it took a little while to come in
