Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.

The Adelina dress is very well-made and the material is high-quality. My daughter is 5'10" and athletically built (small waist with muscular tush & legs) and sometimes has a hard time with form-fitting dresses. While this dress is very form-fitting, it has a perfect stretch to the liner and the outer sequence layer. It hugs in all the right places and feels comfortable! The orange color is super vibrant (just like the online photos) and the sequences have a gorgeous iridescent sheen. This dress is absolutely stunning in person and I am a pleased customer!
The color is so pretty. The dress is good quality. Only negative is you can see the padding through the fabric
We received our dress and it fit perfect but we did have some beads missing on the tassels on the slit. There is a gap between tassels.
This dress is beautiful! We submitted sizes to make sure to get the custom fit for my daughter and it fits just perfectly!
