We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.
HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

This dress got me the most amount of compliments I’ve ever gotten, I got a size 0 and it worked well because it would’ve been loose on my waist if I sized up, I got no alterations but it was worth every dollar

I love the color and got so many compliments on it! I ordered based on the size chart and it my usual outfit size as KissProm recommended. It was a good fit overall, but some double sided tape is critical to keeping things appropriate. It’s not super stretchy, but was comfortable to sit and dance. I thought it was easy enough to go to the bathroom. There’s two layers, so it’s not see-through. We live in Charlotte, North Carolina so the September evening outdoor wedding we attended was warm at the start and cooled off, but the fabric was breathable.
