We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

BUST: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to keep the tape level!
WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.
HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

I ordered custom to my size and still had a few alterations done -on straps, the mermaid style, the cups removed and added larger ones, and the bustle. The dress is beautiful!! This is my reception dress. The dress did custom fit, but just needed a few little things done.
The dress was beautiful, but I had a hard time keeping it due to the bra pads. You could see the whole outline of them and I felt it was tacky. I’m giving it 3 starts due to the return policy. It was not simple and I ended up losing $56 to return it. Then I found the same dress on three different websites that were half the price. The whole process was frustrating.
The only alterations I had to do were built in cups for my small boobs, a little adjustment to the straps, and we added a loop to hang the train. Other than that the material is better than I expected and fit like a glove! I had such an intimate last minute wedding and this dress was just so perfect!
Dress is perfect for price and quality fabric.
Beautiful classy dress. I cannot wait to wear it. I’m 5’2, 103 lbs, and ordered a size 2. I’m having the sides taken in just a tad (outside the chest area). But I adore the dress; it’s perfect.
