We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.
HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

it is so pretty. I ordered on jan 19 and it came march 2. took six weeks to arrive, i would recommend order a few months in advance at least. i am 5’3 and 110 lbs for reference and i am normally a 4. i would recommend staying true to size. the crinola is 61 inches and the diameter with the dress on is 67 inches. this is how the dress comes and it is slightly different than the product photo. flowers are darker than the listing. i actually love it and perfer it to the listing though. you must buy the petticoat/crinola separately. i am happy and love it!
So happy with this purchase! The dress is beautiful and well made, it looks exactly as in the picture. I ordered size 0 for my daughter and it fit perfectly fine, no adjustments need it. The only minor thing I am not so thrilled about is that it leaves sparkles all over the place. I wish there was solution for that. Other than that the dress is amazing!
