Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

Full Refund or Store Credit

If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.

Store Credit with Restocking Fee

If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.

BUST: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to keep the tape level!

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.

HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

The material had that perfect silk-like feel—soft, smooth, and just the right thickness. I honestly felt amazing in it. For the price, the quality completely exceeded my expectations. It felt way more expensive than it was—definitely great value for money. I’d 100% buy this again in another color!

The dress looks like a high end designer dress! We were so impressed! The fit was just right—not too tight, not too loose—and the length made it easy to move and dance gracefully without any fuss.

The dress was super cute! I wore it for my sisters wedding. It looks just like the picture and fit perfectly and so comfortable to wear, the quality is good for the price and the color is very flattering.

a no fuss, relaxed dress but still need to look appropriate for a formal event? This is your dress. Wear this to a wedding, a fundraiser, a soirée, it’ll be appropriate for almost anything. It’s a heavier material (not super thin or clingy) and it doesn’t wrinkle. You can wear a regular bra and the cut of the hem makes heels or flats an option. I didn’t have to worry abt hemming the length, or dealing with a strapless bra, etc. it isn’t see through or skin tight. the satin is forgiving and it’s a dress you can put on and forget abt (no strap issues or cleavage issues, no thigh slit concerns, etc. this is a no fuss no muss, nice dress. Need to get dressed up without a hassle? Toss it in your bag. You’re good to go.

The dress has satin and you can move around easily. It's extremely comfortable! It does not have bra cups sewn in but the fabric thick enough. It's flattering for the wedding I'll be a bridesmaid in next month. I'm 5'4 to give a sense of height. I love that I don't have to tailor it. The dress is a large. I'm a size 14. The dress does not have pockets.
