Very well made, not as described, but better

We ordered in pink. The dress is described on the website as a satin dress with a lace up corset. What we received was 2 pieces, the corset is a zippered back (no laces), and the material is not satin.

That said - the quality is fantastic! We like the material better than satin - it feels a bit more high end. The zipper makes the corset top so much easier to get into and out of, and the boning and cut of the top is really well done. Being 2 pieces, this is the first formal dress my daughter can get herself into and out of without help. The skirt is fully lined, and the lining is fully attached to the top layer from the waist to the bottom hem. The "dress" we ended up with was so much higher quality than anything we saw on display in the store. When worn, it does look like a dress just like the picture (except for the material).

Hi Lauren,

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear you love the quality and design of the dress, even if it differs from the description. We appreciate your understanding and hope your daughter feels fantastic in it!

We appreciate your trust and look forward to welcoming you back.

Warm regards,

The KissProm Team

I love this dress! I wore it for my engagement pictures and it looked so good! It does wrinkle easy so it would require steaming it or throwing it in the dryer for a quick wrinkle refresh. I do feel like it was a little big in the chest area and a smidge see through up there so keep in mind of that as well. Overall, I loved it, I would just probably order in a smaller size!

I ordered this dress for a friends wedding and it was PERFECT! The fit was exactly as expected (size medium: 135 pounds)! It steamed out well straight out of the package and didn’t wrinkle throughout the night. If you are smaller chested like me it may slip slightly but overall I was pleased with this product for the price! I would buy again in another color.
