We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.
HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

My daughter wore this for her eighth grade graduation, and she just looked heavenly
We eloped and this dress fit perfectly and was exactly what we wanted! I will echo that the bow is heavy and by the end of about 4 hours the clasp bent. Fortunately, my husband was able to fix it. If you have the time, look up an eye hook addition tutorial, and it will be perfect! I had the bow altered so it wouldn’t drag because I knew it would get dirty.
Absolutely love the dress. The fit was so flattering, and the quality of the material felt great. The only issue was the bow wouldn’t stay with the pin provided
I love this dress so much! It was so perfect for our 10yr anniversary photos. My only complaint is the pin provided for the bow is not strong enough to hold the weight of the bow. We had to add our own very large pin to make it work.
Loved this DRESS for my wedding. I ordered it custom and it was done in two weeks. I ordered it for in store delivery. We altered the 3ft bow because it was too heavy for pin provided. Otherwise perfect!
