We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.
HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

I couldn’t be happier with my Kylee prom dress! The blue floral print is even more vibrant in person. The quality of the tulle fabric is amazing, it's soft but still holds its shape beautifully. The dress fits perfectly (I followed the sizing guide and it was spot on!) The customer service team was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I’m so glad I chose this dress for my prom!
This dress is everything I hoped for and more! The layered tulle with the floral print is so delicate and beautiful. I wore the red version, and the color was so soft and feminine. The V-neckline was just the right amount of daring while still feeling classy. I was a little nervous about the sizing, but it was true to the size chart. The slit was also a lovely touch, making the dress feel even more glamorous. Highly recommend!
