How to u wrinkle netting and veil and wear

It’s nice veil but not sure how to wear veil amd netting and how to get out wrinkles and fit on head. It seems to small or clip has to fit on top of head near edge of hairline above forehead. And is veil worn with net in front of face with veil piece drape in back of head?
