HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.

WAIST TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at your natural waist and pull tape straight down to the floor.

HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

My daughter looked AMAZING in this dress! It was well made except the removable straps, which were only held on with a hook-and-eye on each side - one broke. She preferred the dress without the straps anyway, but liked the comfort of the support while dancing, so a little disappointing. The dress looks way more expensive than it is!
I was unsure if we were going to receive the dress in time and was in touch with customer service (via online "chat") and they were VERY responsive and made sure that the dress was here on time! I would definitely order from KissProm again!
