We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

This dress was beautiful and just like the way seen online. Fitted well and was stunning at the event.
It turned out cute, but it doesn't really like as advertised. The quality isn't great but it lasted my fine for the night. I ordered 8, should've probably seen a 6 because it was too big (for reference i'm 5'3 140. I ended up doing the corset bottom to top and looped the strings around this gap in the front breast area so i wouldn't have to worry about it coming down. It was a cute addition and helped the dress fit better and the makeshift straps didnt look bad. But overall the dress is cute, just not exactly what I thought it would be.
I absolutely love this dress. I am 5’10 and i love the length. I got the black dress and it is gorgeous. It fits perfectly and I can’t wait to wear it to prom.
The company did not give me any updates until I emailed them worried that I wouldn’t get my dress on time for prom. When I lifted the dress out of the box the rhinestones fell on the floor. I also spotted a thread hanging from the dress. All of this is within 5 minutes after the package arrived. The dress does look nice even though the bra pads inside do not match darker skin tones and stands out.
The dress was amazing and it fit my daughter perfectly!
