We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label. - For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

The dress was for my daughter and it came within two weeks. The quality was amazing and she looked beautiful.
We ordered the dress for my daughter’s prom. She is about 5’4” tall, 112 lbs. We ordered the size 0. It fits beautifully and looks identical to the picture. The detail on the dress is amazing. The fit is spectacular, which was wonderful because I know it gets very expensive when you have to alter our dresses that have sequin or be detail. Kissprom was so helpful and accommodating and getting the prom dress to us in a timely manner. They were responsive to all of my messages and concerns. I would 100% order from this company again. I give this dress a 10 out of 10.
The dress looked perfect! The fabric and stitching looked amazing. I did worry about how long it would take to arrive from shipping, I paid for express. With a quick email they took care of it and it got here just in time.
