We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.
HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

I absolutely loved this dress. I wore it to a ball and got a lot of compliments. However, It is a little long. Other than that the material was great and stretchy, the top fit nice!!

My dress is absolutely stunning! I went with a fully customized version. Custom measurements, length color— I even asked for the straps to be made adjustable. And it turned out perfect!! I’ve never had a dress fit me any better, especially because I have wide thighs and butt that ate never covered fully by shirt dresses. The material isn’t at all itchy. I went to homecoming and danced and jumped around in it without ANY fear of anything popping out or breaking. I asked for the dress to be made about two weeks before my dance and it arrived day off. Through the whole process the seller was absolutely amazing and had perfect communication, they even offered a refund on my rush order if it didn’t come on time. I cannot recommend this shop enough. I’ll be coming back for every formal dress I need in the future. 11/10
