We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.

I brought this dress for my engagement photos. The dress is very elegant. Floor length and beautiful. It fit perfectly around my waist and breast areas. I did make some slight changes to the dress such as removing those thick rubber band straps, that went across my shoulders. It took away the elegant look. I think when designing those straps they shouldn’t be like that. I also open up the split more, because it’s a big dress the split gets lost. Now, you want to be very careful when strapping the back because the loops are so thin, they can easily pop. The first time trying it on and one of the loop popped. I had to get that fixed. I think the loops should be slightly thicker and stitcher further into the dress and not at the end. Other than that this is a Gorgeous dress.
Bought this dress for a very last minute ceremony. I did a few alterations to it to make it look a little more elegant (pinned bust area, etc) It looked so great! Material was comfortable and flattering. I was so happy with this dress
This dress has exceeded my expectations! The workmanship is so meticulous and every detail is so exquisite, especially the delicate v neck. I feel so stylish and elegant in this dress, and I can't find any flaws. I can't wait to show this beautiful dress off during prom season.
