Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.

I was actually really worried at first because I ordered on March 23 and never received any shipping confirmation and the tracking just said processing even after like 4 weeks but it got shipped on april 22 and arrived early on april 24. This is a beautiful dress. Easy fit and the color blended in wit my skin. I got compliments all day. Very soft! GOOD price for what it is. Absolutely amazing dress that is such great quality, I couldn't recommend it more! It was absolutely enchanting!!
