We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.

Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

Full Refund or Store Credit

If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.

Store Credit with Restocking Fee

If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.

BUST: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to keep the tape level!

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.

HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

Flattering, elegant and sexy dress

I put it on and instantly got a confidence boost, super sexy dress, fits great, hugs all the right curves and due to the rouching it hides bellys and other parts we maybe don‘t want to emphasize too much. All in all, money well spent!

Very nice customer service but beware of return policy before purchasing

The dress was not what we expected when it arrived. We thought it was more burgundy in color. It was a little too large in the chest and waist and we did take measurements. Ordered the smallest size. Customer service was very nice and communicative from the get go. I just wish the return policy was a little better. Receiving a credit with a restocking fee deducted was a disappointment when we looked into returning. Luckily we had a friend of my daughters that tried the dress and it fit her great so someone got use of the dress.

HOCO Dress

Wish that we had more time to make a return. My daughter is tall, and has long legs so this didn't work for her, and we ran out of time to get it back in the mail in the allotted return time.
Due to that we will not order from here again and will not share this site with others. when you can order from other stores have much more time to make returns

1st Homecoming Dress
