We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

This dress was amazing. I was very skeptical this dress would look cheap and it didn’t at all the slit was awkward so I had it altered but other than that. This dress was perfect!!
I found this dress for my daughter for prom and it fit her perfectly. She looked absolutely stunning and felt like a princess. Plenty of sparkle and she got lots of compliments.
I love the dress. My husband loves it too. I ordered size 6 and my weight is 120lbs. I like the fit but I wish I ordered the size 4 so its more fitted around my lower body and the sleeve part of the dress is a little lose around my shoulders but its fine. Overall, the quality is good but I the price is too pricey and for the comfort its okay since its a beautiful sexy dress. Its a thin dress but not see through.

Dress was absolutely gorgeous but it does run big especially in the cups I would recommend sizing down for a tighter fit ex-I got a size 2 when I could’ve fit a 0
