Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days

The dress fit me perfectly, got a lot of compliments about it, was comfortable to walk, and on the pictures looked so good!! ordered size 0, my height is 5’5, and weight 118lbs
It is such a pretty dress and true to size however I ordered it in the color fuschia and it was more of a pink/red than it was as the color advertised. Still very pretty but not a color match for whats on the website.
I live in CA and no joke this dress came in 2 days. I wore it for my prom and it was definitely a show stopper! I ordered a size 4, and I’m 5”8 and 130 lbs. 100% recommend!
When my daughter and I were shopping for her prom dress every dress she tried on she did not like she got very discouraged and was talking about selling her prom ticket so we took a chance and ordered her dress online that was the best thing we ever did her dress was so beautiful looks just like the picture very stunning it fit her like a glove and she looked gorgeous in it thank you kiss prom
This dress was gorgeous! The color and fit were perfect! Though it took some time to arrive! I measured my daughter and followed the size guide and it fit perfectly! It was better than any dress I could’ve found at Nordstrom’s or Macy’s and especially for the price. She wore it to her prom and got several compliments. It was absolutely gorgeous and I would highly recommend
