We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit. 

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

  • For domestic order returns
    A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
  • For international order returns
    Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

This will be a great dress for prom. Nice material, nice stitching and it fits! I’m 5’3” 134 lbs and the size 8 fits very well.

Great dress for the price! I wore it to my prom and got lots of compliments. The size and board are precise, it is a thick fabric that will not protrude, it is very suitable for shape, and it is a slightly glossy fabric that makes it look elegant. Super comfortable.
