We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, if two or more items from the same order are returned, an extra 10% multiple-item return fee will be applied to those items. This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

- Full Refund or Store Credit
If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.
- Store Credit with Restocking Fee
If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.
HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

Loved this dress! was so cute for my junior prom and i got a lot of compliments❤️❤️ im 5’3 and 110 lbs and i got a size 16, the back is laced and had a zipper so it fit fine! The dress was pretty long but i love long dresses and it worked out because i had taller heels. I also would suggest steaming the dress to help keep the frills down!
I ordered the winered and green dress for a winter wedding. They both fit AMAZING…. I went with the winered . i am a curvy woman and it fit like a glove. So many complements. The dress material was thick, comfortable and overall an amazing dress for 8 hours having it on. I want to order all Other colors for next events.
I absolutely loved the Brittany dress for my prom! The red color was vibrant and stunning, and the fit was perfect, true to size.
