We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.

Please note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, we accept returns for up to two items per order. If two items are returned, an additional 10% multi-item return fee per item will also be applied.This additional fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

Full Refund or Store Credit

If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a refund of how you paid for your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full store credit, excluding the return shipping fee.

Store Credit with Restocking Fee

If you return your item within 8–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive the store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.

HOW TO MEASURE

BUST: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to keep the tape level!

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.

HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

Say Yes to This Dress!

I was initially nervous about ordering another wedding dress online, I had ordered one (not from KISS Prom) and it was horrible. So I kept my expectations low and prayed for the best, and this dress exceeded my expectations! I LOVED the dress and the customer service was great! I measured my hips to make sure the sizing would be accurate. In hindsight I should have also gotten the exact measurements of my waist since custom measurements are an option, and the dress would have been a little more fitted in the waist, but that said it was fine. I did take the dress to a seamstress to hem the length of the dress and also had her add straps using the arm bands that the dress came with. It also came with its a veil that so that was a nice surprise.

I really liked this dress. I fit well and I only needed to hem the bottom. I'm short so that was expected.

Love dress , need in bigger size in bust. Will reorder one size up from my usual.

The dress is beautiful, especially after steaming it. Got many compliments on it!
